Finesse Global is hiring RPA Business Analyst, Location: Dubai

5 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst in process improvement and system requirements / implementation. Experience with Process Improvement / Workflow mapping tools (e.g. Visio). Familiarity with Automation Life Cycle (ALC) methodology a plus. Experience as a SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for interfacing between business users/stakeholders to answer any queries that arise during the development and testing of an automated solution. Familiarity with Agile software development processes.

Experience as a techno-functional analyst in RPA technology, a plus. Experience with RPA software requirements development (PDDs & SDDs), a plus. Business Analyst certification from Automation Anywhere, UiPath, a plus.
